Welcome to Nimbus (“we,” “our,” or “us”). Nimbus provides marketing automation tools that help businesses connect their Shopify stores, analyze performance, and publish visual content to social media platforms—including Pinterest, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and TikTok—via approved APIs. By accessing or using Nimbus (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract. You agree that you are using Nimbus for lawful business purposes in compliance with all applicable laws and third-party platform policies.
Nimbus provides:
All API-based actions require user authentication and explicit approval. Nimbus never posts or accesses accounts without user consent.
You must create an account to use Nimbus. You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and all actions under your credentials. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access at legal@itsnimbus.com.
You agree not to:
Nimbus may suspend access if activity violates these terms or external platform policies.
Nimbus integrates securely with third-party APIs including:
By connecting these integrations, you grant Nimbus limited access to your authorized data solely for delivering the requested functionality. We do not sell, rent, or transfer integration data.
Nimbus subscriptions and paid plans are processed securely via Stripe. Your billing data is handled under Stripe’s Privacy Policy.By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing under the selected plan until canceled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until end of billing period. You are responsible for any applicable taxes. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law.
Nimbus retains ownership of all proprietary software, AI systems, and brand assets. You retain ownership of your content, products, and data.By using the Service, you grant Nimbus a limited, revocable license to process and optimize your content for operational use.
Use of the Service is governed by the Nimbus Privacy Policy. We store and process data using encrypted databases and secure Google Cloud infrastructure (U.S.-based). You can request deletion or export of your data at any time by emailing legal@itsnimbus.com.
Shopify
Nimbus is not endorsed by or affiliated with Shopify Inc. Our platform connects to Shopify’s API solely to retrieve and manage your authorized store data, including products, images, and metadata. Your use of Shopify remains subject to Shopify’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, available at www.shopify.com/legal.
Nimbus uses the Pinterest API to help users create, schedule, and analyze Pinterest Pins through authenticated OAuth connections. Nimbus is not endorsed, certified, or sponsored by Pinterest in any way. All Pinterest interactions require user authorization and comply with the Pinterest Developer Policy and Pinterest Terms of Service, available at policy.pinterest.com.
Stripe
All payments and subscriptions for Nimbus are securely processed through Stripe. Your billing information, including credit card data, is managed directly by Stripe in accordance with their Privacy Policy at stripe.com/privacy. Nimbus does not store or have access to your full payment credentials.
Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
Nimbus uses the Meta Graph API to help users create, schedule, and analyze content on Facebook Pages and Instagram Business accounts through authenticated OAuth connections. Nimbus is not endorsed, certified, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. in any way.
What Nimbus accesses:

All Meta interactions require explicit user authorization and comply with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies, available at developers.facebook.com/terms and developers.facebook.com/devpolicy.

Nimbus uses the TikTok Content Posting API to help users create, schedule, and analyze video content on TikTok Business accounts through authenticated OAuth connections. Nimbus is not endorsed, certified, or sponsored by TikTok or ByteDance Ltd. in any way.

All TikTok interactions require explicit user authorization and comply with the TikTok Developer Terms of Service and Platform Policies, available at developers.tiktok.com/terms.
Users can revoke Nimbus access at any time through TikTok Settings → Security → Manage App Permissions.
Nimbus strictly follows third-party developer guidelines for all integrated platforms:
Pinterest:
* Every Pinterest action is initiated by a verified user session.
* Pins, descriptions, and visuals are user-approved before posting.
* No bulk or spam behavior.
* Rate limits are enforced to remain within Pinterest's fair-use standards.
* Users can revoke Nimbus access anytime through their Pinterest settings.
Meta (Facebook & Instagram):
* All posting actions require explicit user authorization via OAuth.
* Content is user-approved before publishing to Pages or Instagram accounts.
* Nimbus complies with Meta's Platform Terms and rate limiting requirements.
* No automated engagement, spam, or policy-violating content.
* Users can revoke access through Facebook Business Integrations.
TikTok:
* All posting actions require explicit user authorization via OAuth.
* Video content is user-approved before publishing.
* Nimbus complies with TikTok's Content Posting API guidelines and rate limits.
* No automated engagement, spam, or community guideline violations.
* Users can revoke access through TikTok's app permission settings.
If any API provider (Pinterest, Meta, TikTok, Shopify, Stripe, Google Cloud) modifies its policies, Nimbus will update this documentation and comply within 30 days.
Nimbus is provided “as-is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific performance results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nimbus shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use or inability to use the Service.
