• Use of Service: Nimbus provides marketing automation tools that connect with third-party platforms (Shopify, Pinterest, Stripe, etc.).
• Prohibited Use: No reverse engineering, misuse of APIs, or violation of partner platform terms.
• Termination: We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
• Changes: Terms may be updated; continued use means acceptance.

2. Privacy Policy

• Data We Collect: Account info, store/product data (via Shopify API), marketing performance data (via Pinterest API), billing details (via Stripe).
• How We Use It: To deliver services, optimize performance, provide support, and improve features.
• Data Sharing: We never sell your data. We may share limited data with service providers (e.g., hosting, analytics, billing).
• Data Storage: Data is securely stored in Google Cloud (US-based).
• User Rights: You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data under GDPR/CCPA.
• Retention: Data is kept as long as you maintain an account, or as required by law.

• Measure usage & analytics
• Support marketing campaigns

4. API & Integration Disclosures

• Shopify: Nimbus is not endorsed by or affiliated with Shopify. Your use of Shopify is subject to Shopify’s Terms.
• Pinterest: Nimbus uses Pinterest’s API but is not endorsed by Pinterest. Your use of Pinterest remains subject to Pinterest’s Terms.
• Stripe: Payments are processed via Stripe. Your billing data is handled under Stripe’s Privacy Policy.
• Future Integrations: Additional services (e.g., Meta, TikTok) will each be governed by their respective terms.

5. Billing & Refund Policy

• Subscription Billing: Fees are charged via Stripe on a recurring basis (monthly/annually).
• Refunds: Nimbus does not provide partial refunds for unused time unless required by law.
• Cancellations: You may cancel at any time; access continues until end of billing period.
• Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
